Make sure that you are following the new Collaborative Planning Protocol and completing the new template as you hold your department meetings. Department Meetings must be held once a month.

Each teacher needs to keep a copy of the completed template in the "Data" section of their teacher portfolio.
Inclusion teachers must attend the subject department meetings of the classes they are included. If you have more than one prep, alternate when you attend that subject. For example: Coach Lusk includes in ELA, Math, S.S., & Science - She would attend an ELA meeting one month, a S.S. meeting the next month, a Math meeting the next month, a Science the following month, & start over.

- Thinking Maps - Bring student examples to your meetings & share ways that they are being used in your department. Turn in your examples to Ms. Morrow.
- Student Data - Lexile Scores, Benchmarks, Common Assessments. Share ways your teachers use this data to plan for instruction.
