You may pick up your SLOs from your Department Heads a day before you administer them (not before). Everyone will have 1 answer key & a # of actual tests. You will write the number of tests you check out/in & sign your name.
Some information to keep in mind:
* You may administer anyway you would like - clickers, scantron, etc. * You will grade your SLOs & enter the grades * I will give you instructions on entering grades & percentages when I receive them Friday, 5/1: CTAE Monday, 5/4: Science, PE/Health Tuesday, 5/5: Social Studies, Foreign Language Wednesday, 5/6: Math Thursday, 5/7: ELA, Fine Arts It's time to take the SAI Professional Learning Survey! When you are answering questions related to professional learning some things to keep in mind:
*** Complete by Friday, May 8 *** Comment "Complete" on this post to let me know you have taken it
CTAE teachers - You will be administering your SLOs next Friday, May 1. Please make sure that you pick up your SLO a day before you administer the test. I am in and out of my office, so I might not be available if you wait until the day of the test.
Christina O'Dell solved the problem of printing the Thinking Map bookmarks! :) She graciously made each teacher a hard copy on stock paper and I am having them laminated. I will have them in your mailboxes by tomorrow. According to everyone's feedback, the bookmarks were a favorite.
I think there are 5 bookmarks that you can cut out and use. If you would like additional ones, please let Mrs. O'Dell know. She said she would print them for you - it was a little tricky. Please thank Mrs. O'Dell for her time and help! REMINDER: TKES Roster Verification #2 is due tomorrow. EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED IT - I have received emails from half the staff. Remind your neighbors. ** Please comment on this post for April's Faculty Focus **
The printer for the colored posters is now working! If you would like a Thinking Map poster in color, please see Mrs. Ingle. If you would like a set of handouts instead of a poster, please comment on this post.

THANK YOU for the valuable feedback about the Thinking Map's training!! I will work with the Department Heads to provide you departmentalized training. Below is a summary of some of the things discussed during the training:
**sources & their reliability **a specific point of view **different kinds of influences (society, history, etc.) **the overall significance of the information - Why is this important information?
If you would like a poster, please see/email Ms. Ingle There is a countdown clock below: I will post it everyday :) Happy Thursday before Spring Break! Before you take a break from work......
